Loving Light

Dear friends, If you are waiting to hear from me for an appointment or just to catch up... Please be patient. I just can't. If you are texting me and I seem bot...hered and halt the conversation, it's not your fault. I just can't. I am only doing one thing at a time and resting in between. And I can only do so many a day. And a lot of those things are small things like making a post or getting Ciara's lunch or letting the dog out or seeing a doctor or reading a message or just thinking about a plan. Every little thing is exhausting. Typing this now takes a lot. And reading on a screen makes me dizzy. I'm sorry if I've cut you off or delayed response or cancelled an appointment or skipped a meeting without full enough explanation. I'm doing the best I can. I won't be signing any new contracts or taking any new clients or taking any new classes or volunteering to help with any new anything until I get help with this. Need to conserve as much energy as possible to advocate for my own care. Thank you for understanding, Kimber

Trying to be whatever I thought they wanted me to be. Believing that if I could just "do" or "be" "good enough" I could finally get the love I need. Restarting and repeating the same awful cycle of my own "not enoughness". And maybe I didn't have a choice really about all of these situations (the early ones to be specific), but I... did and I do have a choice about whether I carry this belief with me today. The truth is half the people in your life will not even know what they want or need from you. And trying to conform to someone else's uncertainty becomes a cyclone so swirly and full of contradictions that you will get lost in it. The real you buried deeper and deeper beneath all the fluctuating ideas of what you maybe "should" be. The only way to actually get the "love you need" is to realize your own capacity to give and receive it. It requires you to figure out who you really are, explore your soul, tap into the Divine call that's already present within your own heart. And then, start living through it! We all want to be seen and heard. How about we start by seeing and hearing ourselves? Does it mean that every relationship will work or that you will always be exactly what another wants or needs you to be? No. You will always be exactly what you want and need you to be... Exactly what Spirit breathed life in you to be... Exactly what the overarching yet invisible masterpiece of this great unfolding calls you to be. And when you aren't what someone else "prefers", they will respect you for you. The people who love you will love you for you. You will respect and love you for you. Your life will begin to serve as a magical expression of ALL that you really are. And you will find fulfillment in it.
