We know many are anxious and have questions about the COVID-19 Vaccines and when it will be available. The PA Department of Health has a Phased Timeline of how they plan to distribute when it becomes available. We will provide more and updated information as it is released. The department will work to get the vaccine out to Pennsylvanians in three phases, following the CDC guidelines regarding supply, demand and risk of the vaccine. Phase 1: There may be limited supply of COVID-19 vaccine doses available in the first phase. Initial efforts will focus on reaching the following populations: Healthcare personnel; Emergency Medical Services first responders; and Residents and staff of congregate care settings. Phase 2: We anticipate a large number of vaccine doses available. Efforts will focus on ensuring access to vaccine for: Phase 1 critical populations who were not yet vaccinated; and General population. Phase 3: In this phase, there should be a sufficient supply of vaccine doses for entire population. Efforts will focus on ensuring the entire population will have access to the vaccine.

You will get an alert on your app, if you have been near another app user who tests positive.... The app will never collect, transmit, or store your personal information and is completely anonymous. It will alert you that you were near someone who tests positive that also has the app. The app does not disclose who or where you may have been in contact with them, to protect their privacy. ***DUI Patrols Set for December 2020*** This Holiday Season crackdown is part of a Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over initiative. During the month of December, th...e Lower Merion Township Police Department will be conducting Impaired Driving Patrols throughout the Township. This initiative is in partnership with a national impaired driving crackdown featuring intensified, highly visible enforcement activities using the tagline Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over. The focus will be on finding motorists who are operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances. Roving Patrol Details are funded by a PennDOT grant and are one of many tools used to increase public safety through increased awareness created by high profile enforcement. Lower Merion Township Revises Solid Waste Fee Structure

Montgomery Ave. from Spring Mill Rd. to N. Ithan will have lane restrictions between 9am and 3pm for the replacement of manholes for the milling & paving program. Flaggers will be in place to navigate traffic through the area.
