Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School 05.11.2020

On Saturday 10/31, 8 of Lincoln Park's Pre-Law students competed in the Virtual NSDA Novice Speech Tournament. 231 students from 22 schools participated in the event. Congratulations to our students who took overall awards: Arie Danko, 5th place, Original Oratory; Charlee May (photographed), 5th place, Humorous Interpretation; Lexie McCurdy, 3rd place, Poetry; and Brooklyn Schreiber, 5th place, Poetry. Great job!

Congratulations to the Lincoln Park/Western Beaver Co-op Football Team on their first post-season appearance in 5 years! Western Beaver football went 6-1 this year being co-champions of the Midwestern Conference. They face the Beaver Falls Tigers TONIGHT at the Larry Bruno Stadium at Geneva College at 7:00pm. Congratulations to the Lincoln Park Girls Volleyball team who qualified for the postseason for the first time in school history! Placing 4th in their section by beating perennial powers Blackhawk, Central Valley, and Ambridge, the Lady Leopards will play Elizabeth Forward in their first playoff game Tuesday evening at 7:00pm. Go Leopards!!!
