Devey Installation

Took an adjoining closet between two bedrooms, closed off the opening to closet in one bedroom and opened it up from 24 inches to 72 inches in other bedroom. Made one small closet into one big closet.

16'x10' deck by Devey Services. I removed existing 15'x8.5' deck from house that didn't meet code standards by a long shot and was literally stapled together. The whole thing rocked and moved when walked on. The new deck is bigger and is above and beyond code. The house could fall down but the deck will still be standing there.

Block retaining wall by Devey Services

Decorative aluminum railings installed around outside dining patio by Devey Services.

Block steps removed, sections of wall removed, new concrete steps formed and poured, and wall sections rebuilt to accommodate new steps. Vinyl railings to come by Devey Services.

Parking pad done by Devey Services. Sorry no before pics, but a row of bushes, ground and block was removed to put the pad in.
