| York Highlights| Today might be Good Friday but yesterday was Cold & Windy Thursday at our twilight meet. We are still grateful for all of our opportunities this spring but also still de-thawing a bit this morning... Check out our Big Performers & New MAC qualifiers. Dan Sheffield, returning from injury. ran a solid open 200 and came back only a short while later to help our 4x4 take the win, Vinny Ferrizzi remains undefeated this spring, this time taking the win by almost 3 seconds in 1:58.85, Eddie Myers notched a huge PB in the LJ to finish 2nd overall in 6.46 and Will Fisher continues to show marked improvement each time out in the shot put! #lvctf

| LVC #1 Highlights | On Friday night Lauren Wick won her 10k debut by almost 2:30 to finish in 37:39. New school record and NCAA #1. Not too shabby. Again we’ve got our Big Performers (chosen by event coach) & New MAC Championships qualifiers! Logan Grauer opened with a conference-leading and NCAA #4 in 400H along with a strong 4x4 split, Rachel Snavely leapt to a huge collegiate PR in the PV and Makenze Spence notched the 5th best mark in school history for a huge PR in the discus. #lvctf

Just so you know, our Big Performers are chosen by each event area coach. Owen Buhr opened with an all-time best in the 200m, LVC #8 all-time and anchored our 4x100m to victory, Taylor Laliberte dropped a massive 1:45 from her 10K PR, Caleb Cekella soared over 1.92 in the HJ for #10 all-time and, well, you already know what McKenna did to that hammer! #lvctf
