Board Meeting Reminder - Tuesday, April 6, 2021 A reminder that there will be a Regular Meeting of the Athens Area School District Board of Education on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Athens Area High School Auditorium. FREE Meals continue for ALL CHILDREN 18 & under! Month of April Meal Pick-up Available Starting Tuesday, April 6, 2021, Sign-up NOW for the Month! The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) resumes several flexibilities for school meals throughout the remainder of the 2021 school year. The USDA explains: As our nation reopens and people return to work, it remains critical our children continue to receive safe, healthy, and nutritious food. At this time, this means any child ...0-18 years of age residing in the Athens Area School District community is eligible for free meals until June 2021. ATHENS AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT HAS EXTENDED THE PREVIOUS FIVE DAY BREAKFAST AND LUNCH TO A SEVEN DAY BREAKFAST AND LUNCH!!! This will provide any and all that sign-up for meals, breakfast and lunch, Monday through Sunday each week! Please complete a separate form for each child. April Meal pick-up will be available at SRU Elementary School and Harlan Rowe Middle School every Monday from 5:30-6:30 pm. By completing the form, you are signing up to receive a seven-day prepared breakfast and lunch.
