This is my favorite cake ever. It has layers of fudge, chocolate cake, and Junior’s NY Cheesecake in the center. We thought it deserved a fun name. My ideas were: the kids didn’t listen, my husband hogs the remote, or because I don’t drink, but those all sounded too specific. We held a contest and we got a lot of great ideas. Some cracked us up. But we settled on Layers of Love! You really will love them all.
