Thank you to all that called the Governor yesterday to urge him to sign these three pieces of legislation. I’m frustrated to report the Governor vetoed all three in another disappointing move. These bills allowed the safe and responsible reopening of: Manufacturing Barbershops Salons... Locally owned garden centers Automobile dealerships Messenger and agent services Real estate Pet groomers Legal services It would have also allowed counties to decide when to safely reopen.

The Governor still has Berks County in the RED. The Senate is going to vote on a bill hopefully this week that would allow Messenger offices to open while practicing social distancing. At this time I am unable to have my office open. I will post an update when I get news on the bill. Everyone stay safe and I hope to be able to open my office soon!

The governor ordered all non essential businesses to close Indefinitely. I am complying with the order to not have anyone in my office during this time. Everyone stay safe and healthy!
