Did you know we had 12 clients who canceled their cleaning services during this pandemic but they chose to pay for their cleaning(s) anyways!?! As a company, we didn't feel right accepting payment for services we didn't perform, (even though we were moved by the offer) so we declined. Despite our refusal, these clients still wanted to help, so we compromised and gave whatever amount of money they wanted to give directly to the maid(s) of their choice as a tip. ... The first time this happened, we thought the client was the most caring person in the world. But by the 12th time, we realized that we have the best clients in the world! We hope this reminds everyone that even during difficult times there are a lot of people who step up and help others. We wish we could share the names of these clients and tell the world about them but we know that would take something away from it.
