MLCCC summer camp has been running in its 19th year. During the pre-pandemic era, we had our onsite camp at Wayne, PA, but for the last two years, we opted to h...ave camp online for the safety of our children. This year, we still all the comprehensive programs from mandarin language to English writing, to Math enrichment. You are invited to join the FREE five-sessions Class of MLCCC’s Mental Wellness (via ZOOM). Join the conversation, and exchange questions about five themes that support and explore mental health well-being. This class will have an interactive modality, with the possibility of following up in between sessions with behavioral practices and exploring strategies to promote well-being as an individual and a community. Topics include: -Mental Wellness; how do we cope?
