Paul and I have agonized over this, and we have decided to temporarily close the gym. We think this is the right thing to do. Though we think the demographics at our gym (and BJJ in general) are in the safe group, we feel a responsibility to help flatten the curve of coronavirus infection. We are not going to establish a set date for reopening. We will open again as soon as we feel it is safe, but I suspect it will be at least a week or two.

We had a blast teaching self defense to this awesome group of young ladies at Haverford High School.

The Girls on Guard self defense program scheduled for today has been postponed. Women-only BJJ class will begin at 4:00pm as usual.
