these ties were completely destroyed and ready to drop any day! we used a cost effective method and of course much more integrity and even more decorative. wasn't the easiest job with trying to keep clean and not destroy the driveway but all in all I'm very happy with the results and its definitely not going anywhere for as long any of us will be alive thanks eli for the work and hospitality. on to the next one !

added some very sturdy and subtle handrails. customer didn't want to block the view. I chose to run the posts into the ground 2ft with concrete to have more integrity rather than tap tapcons in bricks. this will last forever...
