Below is a message from one of my Customers: Just wanted to drop a line and say thank you for the great service you have been providing through the years. Last week during the storm, our neighbor directly across the street, her house caught on fire. Because of all of the flooding in our area, all of the area emergency responders close by were all on call...s so it took a long time to get help. She lost everything in the fire. She was so distraught, and didn't know what to do. My wife and I brought her over to our house and after contacting her mortgage company, we found out she has also has Allstate. We were so relieved. They came out, put her in a nearby hotel, and will rent a house for her for the next 8 months until her home is refurbished. Her two next-door neighbors who have a different insurance companies are still unsettled and are jumping through hoops. That's why I'm appreciative of the service that we receive. See more
