Great Valley School District Home Sales for March 2020. Surprisingly the number of homes sold for the month is exactly the same for March 2020 as it had been for the past four years. In fact home sales for the month of March for the past four years has been double the number sold in that month for the years 2012 to 2016. The big difference is the amount of available homes for sale in Great Valley School District. There were only 137 homes available for sale March 2020 vers...us 275 that were available for sale March 2019. This is a 50% drop. I expect that this significant decrease in supply will continue to put an upward pressure on home prices as we emerge from this crisis. Buyers are spending much more time looking online, so the fewer homes on the market are getting double the exposure.
