Congratulations to Joseph Mancino of New Castle, who was randomly selected as last week's "Merry & Bright" Holiday Lights winner! Now in his fourth year decorat...ing, Joseph has always wanted to give his community something they could enjoy and look forward to every year. The Mancinos also collect money for charity, and this year all proceeds will benefit United Way of Lawrence County. Hi everyone! We had posted on our Facebook page that we decided it was best to not put out a donation box to keep everyone safe. Still, we wanted to help a local charity in some way or another. Luckily, a former teacher of mine from Shenango High School, Mr. Merlino, reached out to me with the idea of a GoFundMe and even offered to print a large QR code to put in front of our display!
