Ok, its done!!! The prototype of our Sushi Pizza. Nori, and rice are being served as the base. Topped with mozzarella cheese, spicy tuna, oshinko, jalapeno, fuji apple and seasonings!!!! Let me know what you think. All suggestions are welcome!!!!!

We are currently in the process of developing a new sushi menu. What's gonna be in there???? Pizza style sushi!!!! Its pizza style not Gangnam style. Toaster lava sushi rolls. Japanese box sushi, and special no rice no soy rolls. Should be completely by the end of this month.
