We held a radio call in contest this past Friday to recognize our student body for earning more than 100,000 Tiger Points this school year! WOW! Go Tigers! This time around, the trivia questions that classrooms called in to answer were all about Mrs. Mary Menanno, who is retiring at the end of this school year after an INCREDIBLE ~~43~~ years of teaching. We so enjoyed honoring Mrs. Menanno with her very own Trivia Day! We also wish her nothing but the absolute best as she heads into retirement. **As always, a special thanks to our dear friends at The Rink Family Fun Center for providing us with tokens for our students to win as prizes!**

Every Tuesday is Tiger Tuesday at MES! Wear some Maplewood gear or black and yellow tomorrow to show school spirit!

This is Erin Fonzo, Principal of Maplewood Elementary School calling to remind you that we will physically reopen for learning tomorrow, Wednesday, May 5. As we finish out this school year, we will continue to follow Department of Health mitigation measures for the health and safety of our school com...munity. To help us with these mitigation efforts, please keep your kids home from school if they are sick or unwell. KIds must also stay home from school if they have a household member awaiting COVID test results. If you have any questions about whether or not you should send your child to school, please give me a call at the school so that I can help.
