Suzy and I are excited for this weekend's Restorative Yoga & Massage! To ensure everyone gets maximum lovin', Jessi Ann will be assisting also. She's amazing. Intuitive hands. Great hair. (This class is full but we'll be adding offerings at West End very soon!)

Restorative Yoga @ the Y is usually for members..BUT you can be my guest if you're interested in experiencing the healing benefits of this gentle and meditative practice. West End Yoga is ON this weekend! This vinyasa style class is accessible to all levels with a focus on sustainable alignment and themed to support the subtle body and our yogic ventures off the mat.
