All I’ve been hearing is how you can’t find canned pumpkin. Well just get a pie pumpkin roast for 45 minutes then purée. Use as you would canned in your favorite recipe. Of course, don’t throw out the seeds. I low boil for 5 minutes toss with coconut oil , spices and cook for 20 minutes at 300 then turn off the oven and let them cool. Janice Lynn
