Unit down! First use of the winch on our new rig. Customer had locked air brakes due to freezing lines and nearly slid into the Western Express truck and traile...r(who was also stuck). Today, we got one step closer to dropping this C15 in-shop rebuild back in its frame. We also found a few minutes to (finally) get our sign hung up from J Renninger Metal Works. Thanks again, Justin.

As per the governor's list made available last evening, our business categorized as an auto/transportation repair and power generation company will continue to operate in order to ensure safe and efficient transportation of necessary goods and services to our country. In an effort to avoid physical contact and potential exposure to COVID-19 for our customers, vendors, and employees, we have taken the following precautionary measures: -All of our entry doors have been locked. ...Instructions are posted for vendors and customers on all of our delivery and customer entry doors. Please call (570) 345-8836, if an interaction is necessary and an employee will meet them outside of the building. -All deliveries are to be dropped outside of the building. Please drop all keys in the key drop box at the front of the building. -We are making proper and essential efforts in disinfecting our employee and customer break rooms, restrooms, and work spaces. All vehicle touch points are to be wiped down before and after service work is performed. -If you are in need of parts, please call and we will assist you. If parts are not easily describable we will ask customers to text/email a picture of the parts that are needed. -No cash transactions will be accepted at this time. All payments must be made via credit card phone orders or fleet checks. -At the time of vehicle pickup, customers must call and we will make proper arrangements. Our normal business hours will remain as usual, as well as our 24/7 roadside assistance. We look forward to continuing to serve the industry and we thank our valued customers for their understanding and ask them to also join in on our efforts.
