Had an absolutely outrageous Wood-fired pizza this evening with the family from Anthony's Neapolitan Pizza. This Neapolitan pizza is made perfectly and exactly what we were looking for and couldn’t find in the area!! If you like Neapolitan style pizza. 10/10 would recommend. Ryan's Artisan Goods always serving up delicious lunches, with the freshest ingredients. You can absolutely taste the difference in the quality here compared to big chain eateries. Pastrami sandwich on a fresh baked bagel, chicken Parmesan soup (yes you heard correct), and blackberry sweet tea. You will not leave Ryan’s disappointed.

You were always so supportive. I just talked to you last week. Didn’t think it would be the last time I got to tell you that I love you. Everybody out there, DO NOT take your loved ones for granted. Tell as many of your family and friends that you can that you love them, and appreciate them. Some day, they won’t be there for you to tell them. So please I ask you all to take advantage of and cherish every second together with those you love. PUT YOUR CELLPHONE DOWN and be in the moment with those people because one day your going to wish you did. To all my friends and family and those who have been so supportive of me I just want to say. I love you all Rest In Peace Cory, you will be deeply missed.

RECIPE ALERT What you’ll need: 1-1.5lbs ground pork... 2 packs of bacon 2 small cans of sauerkraut 2 eggs bread crumbs worcestershire sauce salt, pepper, granulated garlic, celery seed First lay your bacon strips in a rectangle shape on a piece of parchment paper, or glad wrap if you don’t have any (I prefer parchment paper). Then place the ground pork into a mixing bowl. Add two eggs, salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and celery seed, and Worcestershire sauce (sorry I don’t measure lol just toss it in there). Finally add bread crumbs until you can mix it all together and form a giant meatball that sticks together. Lay the giant pork meat ball down on parchment paper and lay another piece of paper on top of the ball then proceed to flatten the meat until it’s the same shape as the bacon. After that place the flattened pork on top of the bacon. When that’s complete, open your can of sauerkraut and strain the kraut the best you can (I dumped out all the juice from the can, then took handfuls of sauerkraut out of the can and squeezed the juice into the sink and placed the sauerkraut into a bowl). After the straining is finished you then top your meat with the sauerkraut. Finally roll up your masterpiece, and place toothpicks around the pork roll to keep the bacon in tact throughout the cook. Bake the roll in the oven at 350 degrees until the internal temperature of the roll reaches 145 degrees. I smoked mine in my Pit Boss vertical smoker at 225 degrees until I reached my desired internal temperature. Serve with a side of mashed potatoes (our personal favorite) and voila. Hope you all enjoy!! Please share so all your friends can enjoy this simple recipe.
