Hello Friends, We have recently added some sushi classes at Masa Bistro. You can learn to make your own sushi rolls for $25 per person, plus sales tax. Under the guidance of a professional sushi chef, you will prepare and plate two chef's choice sushi rolls, with wasabi, ginger and artistic garnish, and then you will get to eat your own rolls. (You may make additional rolls for an additional charge.) Please call 717-718-2288 for further details and to make a reservation. (Classes are generally held between 5 and 9 pm on Mondays or Tuesdays. In order to form a class, we need a group of six or more people, which can be made up from the same group or from a collection of smaller groups or individuals. So, please call in advance to help us schedule a date and time for you.) Thank you. We hope you will enjoy making sushi with us.

Hello everyone. Masa Bistro has been opened for almost a month now, and we have been very busy. We want to say thank you for all your support. We have received a lot of valuable suggestions, and at your request, we recently have added some of the old favorite sushi rolls from the prior Masa menu. We also have added the old ginger salad dressing, which now is available at your option. We have been receiving a lot of inquiries about sushi-making classes. We would like to kno...w how many people would be interested in taking these classes. Hello Everyone, the remodeling has been completed and Masa Bistro finally is ready to re-open on Wednesday, 12/17/2014. Please come in and check it out. We have added some newer rolls and some newer hibachi dishes. We also have added a full liquor bar with many top spirits and great quality wines. Thank you very much for being so patient with us. We look forward to seeing you again.

Ladies&Gentlemen, I am so sorry. Masa Bistro's renovations are not quite ready, and we must delay our grand opening. We cannot open on 12/1/2014. However, I will keep you posted and let you know as soon as I have the new opening date. Again, thank you so much for your patience.

Hello all! Masa is currently under construction. When we reopen, we will have a new interior design, an extended menu, and a sake bar. Please comment below any other requests you have for us. Reopening is planned for November.

We have decided to open from 11am until 11pm on Valentine's Day! Our lunch specials will still be available till 3pm. Feel free to come in and start your Valentine's Day early! We will still be taking reservations for parties of 5 or more throughout the weekend...Look forward to seeing everyone there!
