Masontown-German Park

The German-Masontown Park Recreation Board is comprised of citizens from both Masontown Borough and German Township. The Recreation Board handles the facilities and needs of the park. There is a current opening on the Recreation Board for a member to represent German Township. The Masontown Recreation Board meets April-September, the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:30PM and October-March the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30PM. Applications are being taken by appointment only at the Service Center located in Masontown for Project: Bundle-up between October 1 and October 10 only. Projec...t: Bundle-up - Winter coats for children up to age 18 (under 3 if $$ are available) and for seniors over 65. Each family MUST meet income guidelines, reside in area this center services, and must be interviewed at center. Shopping with take place at the Wal-Mart in West Brownsville. Family must make appointment and provide all the follow: Proof of ALL household income, current utility bill that shows name and address (or current dated lease agreement), photo ID or Driver's license, SS cards, Insurance Cards for all children.
