So as my customers will always tell you it is common practice for me to follow up 6 months after your purchase so we can schedule your first service appointment. A customer of mine sent me this email today and I was blown away!! He did asked to not share his personal information but did give permission for me to share this with you all. Hi Matt, Funny, I was just thinking about the mileage on my car. My older brother asked how I liked it.... I’ve 4,020 miles on It and have filled the tank 9 times (since Nov5, 2016)! I would like to send a special shout out to one of the greatest trainers I have ever met. Craig you made becoming VW Master Certified not only interesting but fun. The most difficult profession in the world is by far teaching and you my friend have mastered that in it's self. You brought to life the many amazing things my job has to offer and how to better assist my clients in making a very large decision and how to keep it hassle free. While our time as student and teacher has come to an end I am happy that I can now also call you my friend. Thank you for the last 4 months and for opening my eyes on how simple things can be. I will be forever grateful for this. Cheers mate and I look forward to our next meeting for the new Tiguans!
