A little drill here to work on getting a better feel for front side stability. Just looking for different ways for QBs to create feel in training situations.

Great look here at Zach Wilson on a basic 5 step. Does a really nice job of working his crossover foot to point toward the LOS as he drops which allows his front side and front shoulder to stay open so that he can have vision to the left as he drops. So common for young QBs to drop with a closed front shoulder and their toes tend to point straight to the right or even backwards like a slight turn and run. This makes it nearly impossible to have vision left and leads to blind throws. Enjoy the little nuances of the position.

Beat the rush with a rhythm throw! Great example of of how being a balanced and stable thrower who generates power from rotation can execute with limited space and front side pressure. If a lateral step is taken here towards the target or if the need to come through with right leg or right side of the body occurs, a throw like this can’t happen. Great stuff from Kendell all winter! #BeDriven
