As we move through COVID-19, the Mattress Factory is excited to welcome you back! We, along with other museums and cultural institutions in southwestern Pennsylvania, remain committed to the health and safety of all guests and staff. Many of the regional museums, including the Mattress Factory, currently ask ALL guests (ages 2 and up) to continue wearing masks while inside our buildings. During this time, other COVID-19 protocols also remain in place, and we will continue to require booking tickets on our website ahead of your visit. We'll be monitoring regional case counts and public health guidance and will keep you updated on any changes. On behalf of the Mattress Factory, we appreciate your continued support and feedback, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
For today's FREE art kits - use your imagination painting and decorating a mask based on an animal that gives you courage. Greer Lankton conducted hundreds of fashion photoshoots with her handmade dolls. She served as the sculptor, fashion designer, seamstress, makeup artist, hairstylist, art director, and photographer. We thought these dolls’ looks could be particularly inspiring for a Halloween costume. Less than 2 weeks away.....Happy Halloween!
