The safest way to celebrate the new year is to celebrate at home with the people who live with you or virtually with friends and family. Staying home is the best way to protect yourself and others. Ace Week is coming(October 25-31)! People on the asexual spectrum, or aces, often have trouble accessing information about their orientation. Most don’t even know it. While raising awareness will not fix everything, increased education is a good first step. By creating dialogue and listening to and respecting each other’s lived experiences, we can work together as a community to better accommodate and welcoming.
