COVID-19 Update To all my clients and friends subject to child custody agreements and orders. Many of you have orders where the schedule changes during the summer. I just settled one-half of an automobile case for $500,000.00 without filing a single paper in court. It would have been more but that is the limit of the policy. Sometimes negotiation works!

I had cars keyed twice! One defendant told an informant for the US Attorney that he would shoot me the next time he saw me. I've been verbally accosted in public places and slammed in social media all because I fight like hell for my clients. I'm not sure I need special laws but I am an officer of the court and attempts to intimidate me for doing my job well are attempts to obstruct justice.
