Girl Scout Troop #36774 will be on the Town Green on 2 dates - November 1 and 14 from 10 am to 2 pm - to collect non-perishable food items for a community service project. They’re creating Thanksgiving dinner kits that will be donated to the West View HUB Food Pantry to help families in need during the holiday season. Here are some items they’re collecting: - Boxes of instant stuffing - Turkey gravy (jars or packets) - Canned cranberry sauce - Canned pie filling... - Boxes of Jiffy pie crust mix or ready made pie crust (not frozen) - Canned yams or sweet potatoes - Canned vegetables - Take and bake bread - Baked good mixes Thank you for helping their Troop make the season a little brighter for local families!
