Welcome the new herd bull Beaver Creek Maverick H08 son of Poss Maverick. Tons of Muscle and depth but still has the functionality to get around. He found the yearling heifers pretty quick.

First calf heifer decided to go a little earlier than we thought. But nonetheless is doing a great job with her heifer calf and producing a good amount of milk for a first timer.

Put the Yearling Heifers out today so they can learn how to be cows before being bred.

Dinner time for the calves

Went to check on the next cow due to calve and the heifers came over to see what I was doing. These girls will be bred come spring. The yearling in the group is 1100+ and the rest are 750-850 with three months until they are officially yearlings.
