We took advantage of some nice weather this evening to do some operator/pumping training.

Brush and Tanker 18-1 responded to the area of Ritcheys Lane for a local alarm fire. Chief 18 and lieutenant 18-2 to the scene, Units arrived to find a skid loader on fire.

For the month of April we responded to 14 calls with a response time of 6:27 minutes.

During the monthly meeting last night. Chief 18 Presented John Stoltzfus with the "Firefighter of the Year" for 2020. Congratulations and great work from the officers and members.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mike’s family and friends.

Fire Department Personnel prayers are needed. LFD Fire Investigator Mike Force is in the hospital with COVID. He is in serious condition. His fiance Theresa in...formed me late last night that Mike needed to be placed on a ventilator. She has requested that we send Mike prayers.
