The Meadows Manor would like to congratulate our September 2020 Employee & Resident of the Month Cathy Ales & Joan Lugoski! Cathy was nominated by a bunch of The Manor residents and was described using words like helpful, compassionate, kind, polite and genuinely cares about the residents. Cathy has been a team member of the Manor for 13 years and is known for serving up meals with a smile and a joke. Cathy even uses her own time to make little gifts for the residents just to... show she cares. We truly appreciate those heartfelt individuals who make our Manor family what it is. Outside of The Manor Cathy enjoys time with her family and especially time spent doing all sort of outdoor activities especially fishing at the cabin! Joan was nominated by a bunch of staff members of The Manor. Joan was described as always being patient, understanding and especially kind. As we all know, most days, Joan is found at the front door greeting everyone who passes by with a smile, we know it’s a smile even with the mask! Joan is always thankful for the help we give and appreciate of those around her. Joan knows some days are hard but she has the ability to turn any negative into a positive and we love having her as a part of The Manor family. Congrats to you both!
