Hi all, The Rad Dish Co-op and the Office of Sustainability are pairing up for a clothing swap on March 22nd at the undergrad campus. Check out the flyer and facebook page. Giant Lima bean!

So many of the vegetables including herbs, greens, cucumbers, snap peas, carrots, and GIANT squash are ready to be harvested. All are welcome to take some! This particular squash, along with several bags of other veggies, was donated to the Zion Baptist Church of Philadelphia.

Yesterday Medible Garden donated cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, sugar snap peas, basil, parsley, kale, Swiss chard, and lettuce to Zion Baptist Church of Philadelphia.

Romaine, chard, cucumber, basil, and thyme all from the Medible Learning Garden! Come check us out, we're in full bloom!

Medible garden meets Temple ophthalmology!

Our first crops are almost ready for harvesting! Right now, anyone in the area is welcome to come grab some radishes from one of the raised beds. Please give the herbs and other vegetables some more time to grow before grabbing some. We will continue updating as vegetables are ready for harvest!

Hello friends, The Medible Garden Board will be transitioning leadership over the next month or so. It is a great way to get involved with the local community, play in the dirt, learn about gardening/herbs, and of course its a CV/resume enhancer. We need people with diverse skill sets - web design, social media expertise, community organizers, etc. to fill all positions. So even if gardening isn't your #1 passion, there is still a place for you on the board. ... Hi all, This Friday (tomorrow, 9/18) from 12:30-2:30pm the Medible Garden is hosting an end of summer harvest. We will have grilled veggie skewers and lemonade with fresh mint, so come out and pick some of the many herbs and vegetables we have left before the gardening season ends. Hope to see you there!

Eggplant, zucchini squash, tons of greens, tomatoes, and giant carrots were donated today! The day lilies look great and the baby squash plants are growing up!
