Come check our Tournament Demo Team!! We perform karate and weapon routines to music and compete against other karate schools in tournaments! All belt ranks welcome, no experience needed! We typically practice 2x a month on Friday nights. Please see Ms. Shannon, Ms. Suzy, or Mr. Dave with any questions! Practice tonight 5:30-615 pm, black belt only practice 6:15-7pm
