Fuente : Esencial Natura . Patricia Parigiani

We’ve all come to know about ventilators thanks to Covid 19. They are a machine that helps a patient breathe when he or she can not breathe on his or her own f...or any reason. (Cleveland Clinic) Six recently discovered studies explored what happens when reflexology work is applied to those using mechanical ventilators including patients undergoing open heart surgery (4 studies) and general ICU patients (2 studies). Results Shorter or significantly shorter weaning times or length of stay on ventilators was reported for those receiving reflexology work in all three studies exploring the issue. Researchers reported improvements for those on ventilators in two of the four studies that explored physiological parameters (heart rate, respiration rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and oxygen saturation). Two did not find a significant effect. Reflexology work was found to be effective in reducing the required level of sedation and analgesia in one study and the level of sedation in another. Anxiety, agitation, sleep and patient-ventilator synchrony was found to be statistically different for those receiving reflexology as compared to those who did not. Another study reported anxiety and agitation was not reduced for those receiving reflexology work. Level of consciousness increased significantly for coma patients on a ventilator. in one study By the way, further research supports the above findings that reflexology impacts physiological parameters. The impact of reflexology on heart rate was shown to be positive in nineteen of twenty-four studies. Findings ranged from remarkable to statistically significant to improvement toward normal. Positive results were reported in nine of thirteen studies when reflexology work and oxygen saturation was examined.

Wild violets are beautiful little plants that are both edible and medicinal. Pansies are also edible. They are in the Violaceae (Violet) Family. Wild violets ar...e an excellent tonic for helping the body detoxify. They strengthen the immune system and stimulate the lymphatic system. They help the body eliminate waste and toxins in the body. Violets are cooling, moistening and relieve pain. They work as a blood cleanser and are safe for elders and children. Dr. Nicole Apelian uses the flowers and leaves internally as a tea or tincture and externally for skin conditions. Alkaline water contains minerals with an alkaline ph and negative oxidation reduction potential. This means the substance acts as an antioxidant! If you don’t have a reverse osmosis unit, squeeze lemon in your water. Even though lemons are acidic, it has an alkaline effect in the body.
