We will be closed this Sunday to celebrate Easter! Happy Easter!

We’re hiring! Stop into the restaurant for a paper application. Must be at least 16 years old and available between the hours 8AM-2PM.

As of today, 12/31/20 our plan is to open our dining on Monday 1/4/20 at 8AM. Until Monday we will continue with take-out only from 8AM-2PM daily including tomorrow (New Years Day). After the fourth we will continue to offer take-out and dine in. We hope to see you soon! Happy New Year!

As per Governor Wolf’s executive order mandating all PA restaurants to cease indoor dinning, we unfortunately have to announce that Mel’s will be open for take-out only. We are very fortunate and thankful to have such a great community that has and continues to support us these past couple months, and for that we thank you! Although we do not like the current situation we’re in, our restaurant will do anything we can in hopes of returning to some normalcy in our lives and daily operations. We will be here everyday from 8-2 for take-out only. We hope to see you back in our dinning room on January 4th!

This week, Mel's Hometown Restaurant is celebrating our 1st anniversary! All of us at Mel's would like to thank our community for supporting us this past year, especially during these uncertain times! This year has brought us many new challenges that we've made it through and has made our restaurant stronger! Thank you for all the support we have received from the community. We hope to see you soon, and in the many years to come!
