On October 23, 2020, MHP's President and CEO, Dr. Adriana Torres-O'Connor, provided critical testimony in the Philadelphia City Council's Disabled and Persons with Special Needs Committee hearing. The hearing focused on the current budget crisis on all levels of government impacted by the Coronavirus.
