Just finished spraying the last coat of polyurethane on this custom trim order. And a bunch of reproduction wainscot to go with it.

Had a contractor come to me late last week with these old ratty pieces of trim. I was able to have knives made to make new Red Oak trim that exactly matches the old trim. The base trim(second photo) will be a stock profile in 3 1/2" and 5" widths

Added this massive 5 1/2" crown molding to my profile lineup today!

Looks original to me! Not bad for my first chair arm....

Ive had multiple projects in the works in the shop lately, but the big one has been molding! And i have lots of it. My goal is to keep my standard profiles in stock in Red Oak and Poplar (paint grade) all the time. I welcome contractors and homeowners alike to stop and look at my selection! And cheaper than the big box stores to boot! Also a big shout out to John Barton Welding for building this 24' straing line rip fence for my table saw. Really made this job alot easier!

Now heres something ive never done... had a customer ask me if i could fix the arm on this chair. The new arm is looking good so far!

I have one of these Ash shadow boxes available for purchase. Measures 14 1/2" 18 1/2" 3 3/4" deep inside the case. Wall hanging hardware has been installed. Back is removable. $40!

Finished up a couple Ash shadow boxes this morning.

Spent the last week installing the new floor in our house. We managed to level the entire floor, removing 3" of sag and applied the finish yesterday. Its been a long road to this point in the project, but it finally feels like a home again instead of a construction zone!
