Update: Messner's Garage is still working with PennDOT to be certified as an official inspection station. Due to the nature of the transfer, it is taking longer than previously expected. At this point in time, we cannot accurately predict when we will be able to perform inspections. If your inspection expired, please do not wait and get your vehicle inspected by a certified station.
