Local Vendor Spotlight: Paper Hill Farm Last week we took advantage of a crisp autumn morning and visited with Francine Sella, owner of the stunning 100-acre Paper Hill Farm located in Chester County. Francine and her husband Roberto use a holistic approach to raising livestock, with practices rooted in regenerative agriculture. The hens have access to fresh pastures each day, resulting in eggs with higher concentrations of Omega-3s and vitamins than conventional eggs. We be...lieve that the better the hen’s life and the more their diet reflects what nature intended for them to eat, the healthier the bird and eggs, Francine says. These beautiful and delicious heritage eggs are available for purchase in our Rittenhouse store on 19th street.
