Bakery Announcements at The Farm It is so hard to believe that it’s June already! It's been super busy here at The Farm with Wedding Season in full swing and our bakery working long hours to ensure our orders are filled and our Wedding Desserts are ready for each event. As I’m sure most of you can imagine this past year has been a crazy one. One that has impacted all of us in different ways. As we take time to reflect and think about our business we have been so grateful for... each customer that has joined us here at The Farm. In the last year, we started our Flour Cart every Saturday seasonally, added new wholesale accounts like Kimberton Whole Foods and continued baking for all of our Weddings, both on and off-site. While it’s been an amazing year of growth, what I’ve realized is that we were not quite ready. In addition, as we added new ventures our team here, as well as my family has been spread a little too thin. In order to re-focus our priorities and bring our work-life balance back into check for both our team here and our family we will be moving back to specializing in Wedding Dessert Tables and off-site catered events. The good news is, you will still be able to order our Baked Goods for pick-up on a Thursday through Saturday! Check out the link for our Signature Bakery Menu, featuring several of the Meyers Restaurant Staple Items. In addition, we have a great new Special Event & Dessert Catering Menus that we have just launched. We have dessert tables, custom dessert tables and some great pre-made catering trays for corporate events and off-site parties. So, whether you are planning an elegant Wedding or a backyard picnic, we would love The Farm Desserts to be the Sweet Ending to all of your Life Celebrations. We truly thank you for following along with our journey here at The Farm! We are so grateful to everyone who supports our passion and our little business. We have been blessed with such a great team here as well. While change is always difficult, sometimes it’s the best thing we can do to move forward the right way! Loved everything about this sweet couple! We were supposed to kick off the 2020 Wedding Season in April with Cara & Jason, but we all know what happened there. We finally were able to celebrate on Sunday, August 23rd! So while plans may have changed, this couple decided to focus on the positives! As you can see their Wedding Day was just amazing!
