Review class today is canceled due to the continuing snowfall. We should be good for Tai Chi Saturday morning.

The senior meeting for all blue belts and above will be this Saturday at the Mechanicsburg Kung Fu Center from 1 pm-3 pm. We will be zooming with the Harrisburg Kung Fu Center; if you can not make it, please reach out, and we will send you the link. Thank you.

We will be open Monday, January 4th, for in-person and live online classes. Our protocols will remain with mandatory temperature checks and mask regulations following the state and CDC guidelines. We will keep our procedures up to date as we continue to work with health officials, helping keep our school safe. A friendly reminder from the CDC: All students should stay home if they are sick until at least 24 hours after their fever* (temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or 3...7.8 degrees Celsius or higher) is gone. The temperature should be measured without the use of fever-reducing medicines (medicines that contains ibuprofen or acetaminophen). Note: Not everyone with flu will have a fever. Individuals with suspected or confirmed flu, who do not have a fever, should stay home from work at least 4-5 days after the onset of symptoms. Advanced Adult- Use either for form review. We are planning to run live zoom Tai Chi classes this Saturday at 9 am.
