April’s Real Estate Market in Beaver County still hot. Keep in mind April 2020, we were basically shit down with very few listings hitting the market. This year saw once again 215 new listings which was the same in March. We are down to 43 days on market for the average which means the houses are selling almost as soon as they hit the market. The drop in average sales price, in my opinion, is from investors selling off some or all of their portfolio.
