I had a fantastic time presenting at the 2017 NAA Conference & Show. Two sessions on the composition and use of contracts as essential tools for auctioneers to establish and explain the rights and obligations of the parties, identify and allocate risk, manage expectations, avoid confusion, and avoid disputes. Great questions and audience participation that helped drive the discussion. I enjoyed seeing many old friends and making new ones. Columbus was a wonderful venue, and I really enjoyed spending time in the great state of Ohio. Looking forward to Jacksonville in 2018!
