Dining rooms are a great place for entertaining friends and family. They are the gathering space within a home for meals, memories, and laughs. Very often, the dining room is also used for other activities like a children’s play area or a place for study and homework...and more recently, a home office. What’s your dining room style? Is it formal, farmhouse, cottage, or traditional?
It’s her day!!!! Happy 24th Birthday Taylor! Your character, huge heart and smile make this world a better place
How can I buy a house with no money out of pocket? Tip #2 | Opt for a Homebuyer Assistance Program If this is your first time buying a home, there are so many resources available to help you navigate these unfamiliar waters. Fortunately, there are also some programs available at both the local and national level that offer financial assistance to new homebuyers and in some cases, to previous homeowners as well. It could be worth looking into local programs, state programs, Non-profits, etc. #TheMichelleSneidmanTeam #BuyingHouses #REMAXAgents
What if my offer is rejected? Sellers can flat-out accept or reject an initial offer. The good news is sellers can also initiate a counteroffer. Remember this: A deal isn’t dead until it’s dead.... So, if a counteroffer is proposed by the seller, you’re still in the game. You and your agent ( Me ) just need to review it to determine whether the counteroffer is acceptable. If so, then approving it closes the deal immediately. Keep in mind, offers and counteroffers can go back-and-forth many times; this is not unusual and negotiations are a part of what Realtors do. Each revision should bring both parties closer together on the terms of the deal. #TheMichelleSneidmanTeam #SellingHouses #REMAXAgents
Nobody buys or sells a home in the winter. Right? Wrong! In fact, if you checked the numbers, you’d find that a good chunk of home purchases happen during the coldest months of the year. Here are 4 reasons winter is a great time to buy a home: Less competition... With fewer buyers searching in winter, you’ll be less likely to get caught in a bidding war You can inspect the home’s durability Winter is a great chance to see how the house handles harsh weather Sellers are motivated Many people who put their homes on the market in winter do so because they need to. They might be more willing to negotiate. Homes close faster Winter is also a quieter time for mortgage brokers, so you may be able to close your loan more quickly
Happy New Year, friends! Let's make 2021 our BEST YEAR EVER!
