I have so much to say. Wasn't my best year by far. Some nasty rides, races and mistakes. I have one hell of a support group. The last race of the year, I had a ...fast car in hot laps. Noticed power steering fluid leaking out of my box just before the heat race. Started on the pole and lost power steering on lap 1. Finished 3rd with no power steering. After finding the pulley had sheared off the pump, John winsett gave me his pump to run. I again had power steering but still leaking. Started on the pole and lead the first 8 laps. On lap 5 power steering started to fade. On lap 8 I moved to the bottom on a restart which allowed 2nd place to pass me on the top. I ran 2nd until getting beat on lap 30 at the line. My arms, tires and body had enough. I finished 3rd and was very competitive. I need to thank everyone involved in making this happen. First my wife she puts up with a lot. 2nd my kids who help on the car. My biggest fan and worlds best crew chief my son Jaxon. Keith Grimes for his help. John winsett for his power steering pump. Steve Wilbur for his right rear tire and wheel. Len Ozio, Chris Reese, Dave Conrad, Trip Finkenbinder and pap for everything they do for me. My sponsors: DeRock Electric, Craigo Maintenance, Countywide contracting, M.J.R equipment, Boden transport, D&F lawncare, BDB Graphics, Dale and Red Shadle Brewery, Ken and Corinna Latz, Mid Penn Service, Happy Shak, T.A.Ward construction, Steve and Amy Murphy and Sledgecraft Chassis. Some big awesome things coming in 2019. Again thank you to everyone involved and that's supports me. See more
