On this day the Cumberland County Sheriffs Office reflects on the 5 year Anniversary of the End Of Watch for Corporal William Cline. EOW 02-03-2016 Gone but NEVER forgotten!

Sending our prayers to the families and friends of the two FBI Agents that where killed and the three other Agents that are recovering after a shootout with a c...hild pornography suspect who is dead. Two FBI agents are deceased and three are wounded. Two of the wounded agents were transported to the hospital and are in stable condition.

REMEMBERING PEARL HARBOR ON THIS HISTORIC DAY!

The Mifflin County Courthouse will be running on a 2 hour delay tomorrow, Monday, 2-1-2021. The Sheriff's Office will be open 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM along with the entire courthouse. Thank you and stay safe!!

We are very sad to announce the passing of Deputy Sheriff John Sonny Kuhar this morning after a brief illness. Deputy Kuhar has been employed with the Cambria... County Sheriff’s office since 1987. He was also the former Police Chief of the Blacklick Township Police Department and recently celebrated serving his 60th year in law enforcement. The last few years as a part time Deputy, he served as the Security Deputy at the Human Services/911 building. Those who knew Deputy Kuhar loved and admired him. Our sincere condolences go out to his wife, Rose, and his children. He will be greatly missed. See more

The Mifflin County Sheriff's Office will be closed on Thursday, 11-26-20 and Friday, 11-27-20 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. We will reopen on Monday, 11-30-20 at 9:00 AM unless by appointment. We would like to wish everyone a very safe and Happy Thanksgiving.
