For those wondering how Ron is coping not coming into the office or working the phones.........

Asked my team to send photos of them taking calls remotely. So the post process starts by asking "say something about these photos"..... Lisa--looks like her and Anthony (husband of 25 years as of last week!) were just playing "beer pong" and Kobe is chillin' like that is a normal thing. Either way, looks like fun! LOL Antonio--working two laptops at once and trying to distract us from noticing he is wearing a Cowboys hat in Eagles country!!!... Eileen working in the office and social distancing from me...and making sure by having the Lysol spray at the ready! Actually, last week I sprayed so much I had her gagging. Better safe! Hope you and yours are safe and well! The Summer fun will be here soon!

Payments--we prefer you use a credit/debit card or ETF (pull from a bank account) as your payment, however we are accepting cash at this time (we sanitize all cash after we receive it and again before we take it to the bank). Claims and policy changes--call into our office and we can help process these for you as usual. Id cards/binders/etc.--we can send electronically, however if you want to pick them up, call when you arrive and we will bring them to your car. May you and yours stay healthy.
