Video of the lift.
We installed the roof structure yesterday. It couldn’t have gone any better. I’ll post the video next.
We are building a pavilion at Peace Valley Nature Center. The next step is the crane to lift the roof structure.
We are fortunate and thankful to be back working after a long shut down. One of our first projects was to change the sky lights and have the cedar roof replaced on one of our clients homes. We have a cool video from a drone fly over but I can’t put photos and video on the same post so I will post that next.
We just finished this rear porch. All PVC trim, aluminum soffit and wood ceiling.
Back at the Ram, installed trusses, sheathed the roof, and currently installing Hardie plank siding. Looking forward to having a drink on the roof top bar some day.
A couple years ago we reframed this garage after a fire. Now, we just finished the upstairs to make it an in-law suite.
We are working on thisto be bar/restaurant/roof top bar called the Ram in Perkasie
We removed a wall between the dining room and kitchen to brighten and open up this space for a new kitchen with an island . Also added a pantry and some crown molding.
A new roof and some lights dresses this building up a little.
Working with Willow Farm Management, we removed an old pergola and built this unique roof structure for a grilling area.
