Miller & Richard Masonry

As I read over this BBB certificate of commendation I realize that yes it’s nice to have it or post the symbol (logo) on our website. But in all reality this paper means nothing to me, what means the most is that as we continue our business (Est. 1979) in Potter and Allegany county 42 plus years it’s the repeat customer and the customer service we provide. In a small area and some of the lowest income counties in Ny state, and Pa state it’s the people we come in contact wit...h. Some of the nicest people we meet in doing our job. People that we can help or figure out the issues or the problem and fix them with quality and at a fair price. You will probably notice the BBB logo missing on our website soon. We at Miller and Richard Masonry do not need to pay over $500.00 a year to keep this logo, we can show what a great job we do by proving it in our work. Best of wishes for 2021. Thanks Dan See more

As a reminder see below picture. We are currently on a few projects that we did not complete in 2020. We will continue to complete the 2020 jobs before we start the 2021 work schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience but as we all know last season had a late start. We have quit taking new work till we get caught up some. This is a decision we made to honor existing contract and take care of the people we promised. If we have been in contact with you this last winter about a project we will be in touch and still bid your job. Miller and Richard Masonry has 3 crews and between 10 and 16 employees. We have seasoned crew leaders for each crew. The employees of Miller and Richard Masonry I (Dan) think very highly of and they are great to work with. It takes a team to complete all jobs.
